This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
